Tagging is a simple way for you to label and categorize customer conversations and messages. You can easily add tags, remove tags, and filter conversations by tags easily in Reamaze.

Tags act just like labels in GMail. You may add multiple tags to a conversation for easy sorting and categorizing. To add a tag, open a conversation and click "Add a tag" on the right hand panel. Add as many tags as you need to identify and categorize the particular conversation. To remove a tag, simply click the "x" next to the tag.
