Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

This is important to us. Here at Swift we like to make things simple, simple for you and simple for us.

Refunds

If you're not happy with any of our goods, return your purchase to us for a full refund. Goods need to be in reasonable condition - i'e don't return gear that's been bouncing around in your truck for 3 seasons. If you've got old gear that you think has given up the ghost before it should, we'd like to replace or refund that, please let us know.

Returns & Exchanges

If it doesn't fit, got busted in transit, you really just don't like it, or for some strange reason we didn't mange to meet your expectations - please tell us and return the item for a full refund or exchange.

Rod and blank breakages

Shit happens, sometimes Epic Shit happens. Rods get broken, tips get busted - we know this. We'll replace your broken section or replace your rod at our discretion. Simply send the broken section back to us along with the adjoining section and we'll get right on it.

Epic Studio Built Fly Rod breakages

Rebuilding replacement sections costs NZ$80 + shipping. This cost overs any section, tip to butt.

Custom built rod breakages

Your first call should be to your custom rod builder. We'll support them with a replacement section. Replacement sections cost NZ$80 + shipping, blank only. This cost overs any section, tip to butt. Any additional cost to re wrap are between you and your custom rod builder. If you built your rod, you'll have to negotiate with yourself nicely.

Ready to wrap Rod Kit breakages

Same deal. Replacement sections costs NZ$80 + shipping. This cost overs any section, tip to butt, blank only. We do not re wrap customer built rods.

How to return or refund:

  1. Drop us an email telling us of the problem, we'll come straight back to you.
  2. Send the item back to us here at:

Please include:

  • A note telling us what the problem was / is
  • The order number of your purchase - you can get this from your order history in your account
  • Confirm your return shipping details for exchanges please.

In the case of refunds we will refund your account once we have received the item.
